The rooms are large, the renovation is good. Cups and cutlery are available. There is a microwave, a large refrigerator. There is a balcony. There is no shower gel, no shampoo, only liquid soap. The cost is small. During the cold season, the rooms are cool because of the cracks in the windows. But in general, I recommend it.

A single room consists of a room and a type of kitchen, which is much better than just 1 room, there is also a microwave, a good repair, so it deserves its 4 points, the only thing that, as I understand it, the reception starts working at 10 a.m.

the rooms are like a studio apartment, but it's a big minus, at -20 degrees outside it's terribly cold in the room, probably because of the old Soviet windows. I slept in thermal underwear under a blanket and it was very fresh... maybe in the summer it would be a good option for the money.
