I ordered an Escada 10233/S LED*60W White LED chandelier from them. You can view it on their website today on 27.4.24 (I'll attach a screenshot, otherwise they'll delete it after the review -https://prnt.sc/sDanPBACZrN0 ). We checked it on the spot - everything was fine, the chandelier hung for 2 weeks and something clicked in it and all modes stopped burning. I.e., there are a bunch of buttons on the remote and each worked and turned on its own mode (white, warm white, light blue \ light brown and vice versa switched to light brown in the middle and the light blue outer rim of the chandelier), but remained just white and light blue with brown, as in the screenshot. Half of the buttons on the remote stopped working and just turned off the chandelier, although they should do something with the light. (In parallel, I ordered another chandelier to another room and this remote control works on it and all the buttons functioned). I made an agreement with the store and sent the chandelier by mail for inspection. After 3 days, they informed me that this is how the chandelier SHOULD work and it was white from the very beginning and should not shine in other colors. Although everything is not the same in the screenshot of the link in the store. I shot the video before it was sent by mail and it shows that the chandelier shines blue, but the seller staunchly argued that it should only shine blue. They refused to do anything and send it for examination, but simply sent me the chandelier back and said that "if you need this hemorrhoid, then order an independent examination and prove that the chandelier is defective, and we will not send a chandelier with such a price to Russia at our own expense, because it is expensive and far away and we are sure that it is working correctly. If you want to reinvent the wheel and do it all, go ahead." I took the chandelier from the mail and thought that you never know if it would work normally and I argued in vain, but in the end everything is the same - not all colors and bullets work half. I categorically do not recommend working with this store.

I ordered 2 chandeliers. They called the sutra that they would bring from 18-21 to 19 a bell saying that used lamps were hanging in the showroom. I do not advise anyone, most likely the lamps are after repair.
