I went to the restaurant this afternoon about half past five. The receptionist told me if I don't have a Russian phone number, I couldn't dine in. The other boy (maybe the waiter) next to him looked at him with surprise and asked me to wait a moment. I thought he tried to ask the supervisor for help, but the receptionist stopped him and spoke to him in Russian. After talking about twenty seconds, the receptionist turned to me and repeated 'No'. I asked if I could wait in line on-site. The receptionist said 'No' while the waiter said 'Yes'. And the receptionist kept talking to the waiter in Russian. I could see the waiter tried hard to help me, but maybe the receptionist was older than him and kept putting pressure on him. I appreciate the waiter's help, and felt disgusted with the receptionist's discrimination. I have travelled all around the world and haven't seen this kind of 'rule' before. Your colleagues and people may feel shame on you.
