A great hotel for a reasonable price! Convenient location. Its own closed territory, guarded Parking. The condition of the hotel is perfect. Own clean beach (seashell, take special slippers). There is everything you need for relaxation, including an active one (fitness center). The restaurant overlooks the sea with delicious food and good portions (I advise you to try local fish, flounder, pelengas, rapana in cream sauce). Very polite and professional staff and waiters. We were on 03/20/26, I think it's cool in the summer! A cozy, clean, positive hotel! I definitely recommend it to everyone!

Rest here, not only for 5 stars ... for all 10!!! There is something to compare, we traveled and lived abroad for a long time. Absolutely everything is provided here, from a delicious breakfast with stunning views of sunsets and sunrises to the cleanest beaches. Not least, the beach area is not taken care of everywhere. The hotel was booked in May for the first days of August. We called the hotel and clarified the availability of rooms and their cost, everything was fine with us.We were billed for 1 day, we paid and waited for the vacation. The road from Moscow to Berdyansk (by car) was familiar (we traveled for 20 years) and here it is Berdyansk spit and our booked hotel. At the entrance, the security officer clarified the information and we are in the territory. At the hotel reception, we paid for our long-distance stay, found out all the information about the luxury complex. Room 311 is located on the 3rd floor (leg lift), but those with leg problems have wonderful rooms on the 1st floor and do not need to go anywhere! Our room consisted of two rooms (living room and bedroom), two bathrooms! (with bathtubs, toilets, sinks, huge mirrors! and all the little things that are needed in these rooms) A huge balcony with a table and chairs, there was a floor dryer for drying clothes. Everything is great! The green area (pines, thuja, shrubs, flowers, etc.) is well maintained! Large swimming pool for both adults and kids! There is a bar nearby. The restaurant where we had breakfast (it was included in the room rate) buffet is a great choice! Everything is delicious and fresh! You can have lunch and dinner at the on-site restaurant, but for a fee. Everyone who comes to Kos is an open sea! But we were unlucky, there were a lot of huge jellyfish! A well-thought-out service with towels for the beach, sun beds (with foam mattresses), mushroom canopies, a changing room, a shower for the body and separately for the legs. I recommend staying at the Sun Resort Hotel. It's expensive, but it's worth it! Special thanks to the maids who did their job faithfully every day! To the girls at the reception, all our appeals and comments were not ignored. Everything was solved and fixed instantly! Thank you very much!

The hotel is a miracle - in a small, dreary settlement, it is a gem. The architecture is in the Italian style, the rooms are beautiful, the sea view is really 2 steps away, the beach is well equipped, the sea is clean, the depth is comfortable, you do not have to go to the horizon to take a dip, there are excellent sun beds near the pool, there are mattresses, beach towels. The rooms are well cleaned. The restaurant is good, the breakfasts are delicious. The only drawback is the delay during check-in. It's unclear, we arrived at 13.30. Check-in starts at 14.00. They asked us to wait, like, the room wasn't ready. They waited until 3 p.m. until I started swearing. Only then was the number given. This somewhat blurred the picture. The administration needs to reconsider the attitude of the accommodation service towards customers.

We stayed at the Sun Resort for the second time. A modern small hotel with its own sandy beach on the first coastline of Berdyansk Spit and an on-site swimming pool. Clean and cozy rooms with sea views, well-kept grounds, polite and helpful staff, delicious and varied breakfasts. The beach and the pool area are well equipped - sun beds, mattresses, beach towels. The hotel was awarded the Revizor program in 2015!!! An ideal place to relax, where comfort and quality of service are combined. All information posted on the hotel's website is true. We recommend it!

This is Russia, not Ukraine! Berdyansk is a city in the Zaporizhia region, it has long been part of Russia! Sun Resort is the best 4-star holiday hotel on Berdyansk Spit today! I stayed there in the spring and decided to spend part of my family's vacation here in early June this year. The rooms are fresh, clean, and everything is cleaned with high quality every day. The reception staff is professional and ready to answer all questions. The hotel has a PSB ATM, you can withdraw cash, because the payment in the restaurant is in cash only. The breakfast is very high-quality, delicious and varied, as they say, for all the money. In general, the cuisine is excellent, and a whole fried kalkan is something exceptional! The best sunrise on the coast of the Sea of Azov can be seen on the balcony of this hotel. The pool is clean, it's a pity that it's not heated... The only drawback is the lack of an animator and a children's club, although information about this is posted on the hotel's website... in general, this was one of the reasons why we chose this hotel and not only us... a parent's vacation with children, when parents are fully responsible for the children's rest, is different from a family vacation, when parents also have the right to rest ... yes, there is a good playground here, but on the second day the children get bored and they rush around the pool, and nearby the parents are trying to do something on their laptops... I can also mention a good gym for keeping fit, and you can also order a massage, cars can be left on the territory of the hotel under supervision, you can get to Berdyansk by taxi, but it's not cheap... In general, the hotel is great, I would say the best, but there are still not enough details to be family friendly...

The hotel itself is gorgeous, I really liked that the Deluxe rooms are on the 1st floor and you have a separate through entrance from the parking lot to the pool.(It is very convenient not to have to walk through the entire hotel to the room) Everything is clean and tidy, room cleaning every day. There is everything you need, gels, shampoos,soap, hairdryer, towel, bathrobes, kettle,tea, mugs and glasses. There is a bar and a restaurant on site, open until 23.00. The breakfasts are delicious and satisfying. Until 10.00. Cons... They only accept cash!!!(The hotel has an ATM in St. Petersburg) I'm not the first one to write about prices... Very overpriced. A modest dinner for 3 went to 6t . (For example, for 200g of barbecue 1100r...although you will find it much cheaper in the city itself.) Cocktails in the bar are low-alcohol, I won't say that they are straight wow.for that kind of money ...(But if you don't like strong ones, then it's normal for you ) Spiders, spiders...There are more than 1 of them in the rooms. And a little bit about the city. The amusement park is partially closed. The dolphinarium is not working. Entertainment options include a zoo and a water park. A walk along the embankment. We visited this institution at the end of July. Excellent location, private Parking. The security man at the entrance is very friendly and courteous. At the reception, the girl gave little information about what is available to us, but in principle everything is intuitive. In the evening, you can go to a restaurant, the prices are too high, but in principle, it is tolerable for a resort town. The room has everything you need: towels, bathroom accessories (except a toothbrush and toothpaste), extra blankets, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, but there was not even a bottle of water. In the morning, a buffet of good filling was waiting for us. The waiters are very attentive. A good disadvantage that does not depend on the hotel is mosquitoes. The main advice is to stock up on sprays thoroughly!

The rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable, it smells, the air conditioning is clean and comfortable. Large TV, lots of furniture, refrigerator and safe. There is a swimming pool outside with a small pool for children. Umbrellas and sun beds with mattresses. Now what I didn't like: the Internet is very bad, it's impossible for anyone to surf the Internet with such a weak signal, they don't catch it in the toilet at all. You also can't watch TV calmly, there is interference in the evening or there is simply no signal (there are few channels, mostly only news). There are a lot of children, their parents don't look after them and they do what they want, you can't lie on a sunbed normally (you'll be sprayed with a gun or just splashed on your body, which is very unpleasant). Also, you can't swim in the pool normally, the children will always interfere. We need to separate the children from the adults! Poor sound insulation, you can hear the neighbors' TV running, children running, and adults stomping. How the toilet flushes very loudly. In the bar, a small can of beer costs 450 rubles. I emphasized one disadvantage for myself - it's giving a towel to the beach! You can take it once a day. That is, if it's very wet or you decide to go to the beach again in the evening. I made it, I went in at 9:50, the next guests were not allowed to have breakfast, saying that it was already 10 a.m., and they started defiantly cleaning the hall, turned off the TV. And what an appetite we can talk about here! Are you kidding? In the price of the cheapest room for 7,500 a day, do you feel sorry for spending 10-15 minutes of extra time on the client ? It'S A SHAME. It's not my first time in this hotel, but it's probably my last. Breakfast is a procession with which people start the day, the mood is understood, and not served as it was in my case. I'm sorry that the hotel allows you to behave like this with customers.
