A great place to relax. It is located close to the lake in just two minutes. I really liked the hotel. We stayed there for five days. Three meals a day and different every day. Breakfast is always porridge and pastries are always fresh. Fresh fruits, sweets. In general, the food is very tasty. Special thanks to the Bot administrator (I don't know the full name), she is attentive and always smiling. She always greets her guests with a smile. We went with our family and really enjoyed it.

Even 1 star is a lot, we had a rest on May 2 with families with children from 07/06/25 to 07/12/25. We chose this zone because we liked everything about the food last year and in general this zone just opened last year, this year the whole team is new and the administrator, chefs, staff. The pool has been green since June, as the staff told us, there was no water for 4 days because the pump broke, they didn't want to return the money to us, they all fed us breakfast that would be fixed tomorrow, the dishes in the kitchen are dirty, I'm sorry, we'll replace the glass for you now, the food portions are small, the food is not tasty, often we just went to eat in a cafe due to the fact that the meat was not cooked and it was not chewed, the peppers were brought and the minced meat was raw, this was the last drop, on the second day they stopped eating in the zone and went to a cafe because 6 people's stomachs were upset and they had to drink pills, sadly the rest was ruined, and 20 thousand per person it's not cheap, for that kind of money it's a horror, not a vacation, the rooms were blown up in one season, everything looks good in the photo, but in fact the shower stalls don't close until the end, the whole walls are dirty in the room, the mattresses are generally terrible, the springs are suppressed, it's unbearable to sleep, the admin changes and walks around smiling, we We wanted to move out on the second day, but the admin doesn't want to give us the money for the remaining days, they called the police, there was no point, they came and said it wasn't for us, it wasn't our business. In general, it's terrible, the vacation is ruined, we won't go to such hotels anymore.
