It's a good place, they cut it quickly, of course there's a record system, and if you want to come without an appointment, you'll have to wait in line for about 30 minutes- 1 hour (when there's a free window), as well as reasonable prices and staff, too, and yes... payment is currently only in cash, cards are not allowed (hopefully temporarily).
