A terrible car service that does not repair, but only pretends. In the middle of December, I arrived with a problem: the engine had failed. The ignition coil was replaced at the service station, the errors were reset and sent home. After 20 km, the engine error returned, and the car began to stall in neutral. At the end of December, I returned to the same service. We made a diagnosis, reset the errors again... THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. My direct question, "What's the problem?" received a brilliant answer.: "Maybe a sensor, maybe not. To check, we need a new sensor." I was ready to buy it, but instead they told me, "Well, go ahead, everything seems to be fine now." What cynicism! I did not come for advice to "travel", but for repairs to specialists! As a result, I got home, and then the car STOPPED STARTING ALTOGETHER. What do you exist for if you don't want to work? I came to the service station, not to visit your equipment. I entrusted you with the car, paid for the "repair", and received complete indifference, negligence, and advice that led to the complete failure of the car. I wouldn't even go to the car repair shop to change the light bulb in the headlight. A separate but quite common "cherry on the cake" - this is their attitude to documents. When registering, they considered it necessary for me not to draw up an act of completed work. When I tried to pay with a card, they said that the terminal was not working. When paying in cash, they just took the money and looked at me in surprise, saying what else do I want. To my questions, "And the act? And the check?" There were excuses. I had to get these documents issued to me. Complete lack of professionalism and disregard for the client.
