It's complete nonsense. The price is awesome, but the dishes are plastic, the forks are plastic, the glass is plastic. There is a general feeling of neglect and unsanitary conditions. I don't recommend it.

It's just awful! We arrived there on May 9th, ordered 2 chicken shawarma and a hamburger. The shawarma was served for about 10-15 minutes. She was barely warm, but she looked normal. The shawarma itself is not very tasty, but tolerable. There was no burger, and 30 minutes after we were served the shawarma, we called the waiter. They came up to us only 4 times when we called. When they came to us, they showed us that the burger was being prepared and left. So we waited for 15-20 minutes, but they didn't serve it to us. We called the waiter for the second time, and this time they told us what was coming. We were already waiting with great dissatisfaction, there was a very cold wind outside that day. We were sitting in the cold for plus or minus an hour. It's been more than 10 minutes since we were told they were coming. The girl spat on us and carried other orders. And then, just as we were about to go figure it out, a burger was brought to us. I WAS SHOCKED!!! They didn't bring us a burger. And a dried-up bun that can be used to hammer nails. The cutlet looks like it was made a long time ago, and it looks overdue. There is no cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc. There is no sauce on the bun. A little bit of ketchup, literally a drop, even smeared on a bun. that's all. LET ME REMIND YOU THIS IS A HAMBURGER! THERE'S JUST A SPOILED PATTY AND A BAD BUN. That's horrible. We went to figure it out. When we said call the administrator, we were offered a replacement, but after being out in the cold for 1 hour, we didn't want to get anything like that. The money was returned to us. They are very yellow that they did not write a complaint! After that, literally 30 minutes later, we all felt sick. Abdominal pain and nausea are guaranteed if you go there! I'll never come to you again, just terrible service and food! I'm really sorry that I didn't take a picture of this mess! "Thank you" for ruining the holiday!!!
