After turning on the faucet, there is a smell of rotten eggs in the room for another 20 minutes for sure, do not buy a child, as there is a gag reflex immediately - the pool is open until 20:00 p.m., after it is covered - the bungalow on the beach (1500 RUB for a fee) is open until 19:00, then the mattresses are taken from it - the cafe 's menu does not specify the weight of the dishes , so the dishes were always brought in different packages . - lack of urns ( there are some, but few ), absent from the beach at all If you improve the repair a little, reconsider the pricing policy, and solve the problem with water The place to stay is great and worth a visit.

The base is suitable for a quiet family vacation. There is a playground on site, and there is a children's corner with toys. The pool is small - it is not heated, it will be very small for a large number of guests. Accommodation - 7,000 rubles is too expensive for such conditions: the rooms are very cramped, they were renovated about 10 years ago, everything is mildewed, swollen, the mattresses are sagging, the pillows are old, a cotton blanket. The water stinks very strongly ( rotten eggs and then this fragrance is all over the room , you can 't wash the baby ! The cleanliness was 3+, we had cobwebs in the room, dirty appliances, and the towel was no longer snow-white . There is a cafe with home cooking on site. There are 4 dishes , the prices are average (omelet with tomato and boiled sausage 350 rubles) , the menu does not specify the weight, so the salad was always brought to us with different weights (especially if in a common plate). I would like to highlight that the pool is until 20:00 p.m., the bungalow on the beach until 19:00, which is not very convenient. The beach is clean, they try to keep order, but there are not enough trash cans. The place is good, there are pros and cons. If they make repairs, something with water, it will be great.

Our family likes the USSR boarding house! We've been vacationing in it for 3 years! They are developing!!! We visited them twice this year (May, July). The pool is now heated, and this year we were surprised by the on-site gym! In addition to the detached houses (rooms), there are three two-storey cottages. Bungalows by the sea, cafes on site, in general, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Of the cons, THE PRICE!!! In my opinion, it is VERY expensive for the Azov coast.
