The service in this bank made a very bad impression. More than 30 people are in line at the cashier, but only one cashier is working. Simply to perform the operation, people are forced to wait an hour, or even more. In such a case, it seems that the time of customers is not appreciated at all. In such a large stream, the organization of work is rather slow: either there is a lack of employees, or the process is not getting right. A Bank is not a place where people queue half a day. I hope that the management will focus on this problem and take appropriate measures, since the use of services in the current situation is very inconvenient.
