The store is conveniently located in the very center, plus the opening hours allow you to visit at a convenient time. The range is very wide, there are always promotions and discounts. What surprised me very much is that the prices for a number of goods are even lower than in the bazaars, and this is with decent quality. It's a pleasure to be in the store. Consultants and sellers sincerely tried to help with the selection of goods - thanks separately. Overall, I liked everything, I recommend the store!

Extremely negative experience with these (imho - the worst) Sportsmasters in the network (RF +RUz): first of all, this is the lowest level of service with disregard for the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, for example: on 12.10.25 I bought Athlex sneakers for 659 thousand, the shock absorber capsule burst already on 2.1.26 (see photo), 3.1.26 I came to the store, they refused me to accept the product for a refund, referring to the fact that the sneakers have a 30-day warranty period (this is not indicated on the price tag and on the receipt, it is only in the internal program of the store), I immediately wrote a claim, the employee wrote in the Telegram that the answer would be given later, as lawyers in Moscow are considering (?), as a result, today is 20.2.26 but there is still no answer. In short, if you take sneakers from them, you buy them for a month, then they are not interested in customers (anti-customer orientation, one-time approach to customers)

A huge disadvantage is the service. There are no real consultants, I needed help in choosing tourist equipment, I couldn't get anyone. I went and looked by myself, and immediately looked on the Internet at the differences between different models. Although it's all the consultant's job to tell you what the difference is between one model or another. but no one helped for half an hour-no one came up, even though she asked. Another disadvantage is that there is no catalog on the site. I would like to see what is in the store, whether the necessary product is available. And we need the opportunity to order with delivery, especially for bulky goods! Therefore, the whole impression is spoiled by the disgusting service, or rather its absence.
