Hello, I run a private and restaurant business in Russia, travel abroad frequently, and this is my fourth time in Phuket, so I understand hotel service both as a customer and as a consumer. So, let's take it from there: I paid 760,000 rubles for an 11-night trip from Krasnoyarsk for two adults and three children aged 13, 5, and 2. I booked it through Pegasus, and they booked two rooms for me: a Family Room with a kitchen and an Executive Room, with the promise that they would either upgrade us to adjoining rooms or change the two rooms for one. At reception upon check-in, they refused, citing high occupancy. Pegasus also refused to resolve the issue, offering to pay 11,000 baht to upgrade my Executive Room to a similar Family Room in my building but on a different floor. I refused, and as a result, one room is empty, and my family is all staying in one. I was also denied compensation for the room I'd paid for in vain, which would remain empty for the entire 11 days, even though I offered to give it to the hotel and receive at least some compensation for the deposit I would have spent at the same hotel, but no – no one cares about guest issues. Pegasus at the hotel: like everywhere else, they make a lot of promises, can't actually do anything, and lie about wonderful excursions that haven't changed in years. For example, their James Bond Islands are one more expensive than I was, renting a car for 1,200 baht per day, gas for 300 baht, and driving the whole family to the viewpoint myself, then to the pier where the boats are docked, where I rented a boat for 3 hours for 3,000 baht and a private transfer to any of the islands and unknown beaches. And from Pegasus, there are a couple of islands, constant rush, and a bunch of people for five times the family price. They don't care at all about the new guests who arrive every day. They don't answer your phone, asking you to WhatsApp them. In short, they only smile until you give them money; after that, they'll carefully avoid any questions. I really didn't like the manager, Maria; she's a downright unpleasant person. Hotel: A weak four-star hotel, nothing like a five-star hotel: no slippers, no robe, no scales, and many other amenities that even three-star hotels have. The rooms are very basic, everything is so cheap and simple, but the bare essentials are there, but even three-star hotels have those. Upon check-in, they give you a drink voucher, which is essentially syrup with ice—not tasty and very cheap. Other hotels offer smoothies or fresh juices made with seasonal fruits, which are much nicer. The grounds are large, and there are cars driving around to transport guests around. The staff is unfriendly; the maids smile, but only after a tip. The hotel charges for every little thing: a glass in the bathroom broke and I threw it away. The maid found the remains in the trash, took a photo, and the hotel billed me 312 baht (which seems like a small amount for that price). There are no places to sit on the property—there are no benches anywhere, everything is the same. There are two restaurants and two swimming pools—one on the hotel grounds behind the pond, the other on the beach. Both are simple, shallow, and small. The restaurants are located outside the hotel: one on the second exit of the hotel serves breakfast, the other near the beach serves dinner. Breakfast is a buffet, as is everywhere else. Dinners are only served in sets, seven of them. Everything is very simple and not very tasty. I don't want to go back on my second day, even though I paid about 80,000 rubles just for dinner. So my advice: skip dinners and eat at various restaurants outside the hotel. There are plenty of them, and the prices are about the same as anywhere in Phuket in the tourist areas. There are also massage parlors, currency exchange offices, and a 7-Eleven. Beach: public, no sun loungers, lots of "leftover" people who come to watch the planes landing. The sea is deep right away, the sand is coarse and reddish, with few fish, so it's not ideal for children. Waterpark: very basic, crowded, okay for a one-time visit, the slides are small. It's fine with children; there are small slides for toddlers. Outside: rent a motorbike - 900-1000 baht/day, car 1200 baht/day. They take a 3,000 baht deposit. There are a few stores within 2 kilometers, including a 7-Eleven and other local chains. The further you get from the hotel, the cheaper the prices are everywhere: currency exchange offices, massages, restaurants. The quality is roughly the same. After 10:00 PM, everything closes and it gets very quiet. Conclusion: I won't stay here and I don't recommend it to anyone. The reviews are inflated, it's not worth the money. It's better to stay at other hotels where it's truly comfortable and beautiful! Здравствуйте, в России занимаюсь отдельным и ресторанным бизнесом, езжу за границу часто, и на Пхукете уже четвертый раз, так что понимание отельного сервиса и как заказчика, и как потребителя. Итак по порядку: За путёвку с Красноярска на 11 ночей я заплатил 760 тысяч рублей за 2 взрослых и 3 детей 13, 5 и 2 года. Покупал через Пегас, мне выкупили 2 номера: Семейный с кухней и Представительский, клятвенно пообещав, что на месте нас поселят через смежную дверь или поменяют два номера на один. На рецепции при заселении, мне отказали в это, сославшись на высокую загруженность отеля, Пегас тоже не решил вопрос, предложив заплатить 11 тысяч Батт за то, чтобы мне поменяли Представительский на такой же семейный в моем корпусе, но на другом этаже, я отказался и в итоге: один номер стоит пустой, а мы семьёй живём все в одном. В компенсации напрасно оплаченного номера, который будет стоять пустой все 11 дней мне также отказали, хотя я предлагал отдать его отелю и получить хоть какую-то компенсацию на депозит, который я бы потравил бы в этом же отеле, но нет - никого не волнуют вопросы гостя. Пегас в отеле: как и везде, обещаний много, по факту ничего ни решить не могут и обманывают насчёт чудесных экскурсий, которые уже много лет не меняются у них. К примеру, острова Джеймс Бонда у них стоят на одного дороже, чем я снял машину на 1200 батт/сутки, заправка на 300 батт и съездил всей семьёй сам до смотровой, потом до пирса, где стоят лодки и снял лодку на 3 часа за 3000 Батт и индивидуальный трансфер до любых островов и неизвестных пляжей. А от Пегаса, пара островов, постоянная спешка и куча народа за 5-кратный прайс на семью. Им абсолютно все равно на гостей, которые каждый день новые приезжают, телефон не берут, просят только писать на Ватсапп. Если коротко - улыбаются только до того момента, пока ты им даёшь деньги, после - будут старательно сливаться с любого вопроса. Мне очень не понравилась менеджер Мария, прям неприятная особа. Отель: Слабенькая четвёрка, никаких 5 заезд тут и в помине нет: в номерах ни тапочек, ни халата, весов нет и многого другого, что даже в 3-х звездочных отелях есть, очень простые номера, все так дёшево и просто, но самое необходимое есть, но это и в тройках есть. При заселении дают ваучер на напиток, который по факту сироп с со льдом - не вкусно и очень дёшево. В других отелях смузи или фреш предлагают из сезонных фруктов, гораздо приятнее. Территория большая, ездят машинки и возят гостей по территории. Персонал не приветливый, горничные улыбаются, но после чаевых. За любую мелочь отель выставляет счёт: лопнул стакан из ванной и я его выбросил, горничная нашла остатки в мусорном ведре, сфотографировала и отель мне выставил счёт на 312 батт (мелочно как-то за такой прайс). На территории нет мест, где можно посидеть - лавочек нет вообще нигде, все однотипное. Ресторана два, два бассейна - один на территории отеля за прудом, второй на пляже. Оба простые неглубокие и небольшие. Рестораны находятся как бы за пределами отеля, один на втором выезде отеля, там кормят завтраками, второй возле пляжа: там ужинают. Завтраки как и везде шведский стол. Ужины только сетами, их там 7 штук, все очень простое и не вкусное, на второй день идти туда не хочется, хотя только за ужины я отдал около 80 тысяч рублей, поэтому совет: ужины не брать, лучше кушать в разных ресторанах за территорией отеля, их много, цены примерно как и везде по Пхукету в туристических зонах, там же и салоны массажа, обменные пункты, 7-Eleven. Пляж: общественный, без лежаков, много "левого" народа, которые приезжают смотреть на посадки самолётов, море глубокое сразу, песок крупный с рыжим оттенком, рыбок мало, с детьми не комфортно. Аквапарк: очень простой, народу много, на один раз сходить можно, горки небольшие. С детьми норм, есть небольшие горки для малышей. За территорией: снять байк - 900-1000 Батт/сутки, машина 1200 Батт/сутки. В залог 3000 Батт берут, несколько магазинов в пределах 2 километров 7-eleven и других местных сетей, чем дальше от отеля, тем дешевле цены везде: обменные пункты, массажи, рестораны. Качество примерно одинаковое. После 22:00 все закрывается и становится очень тихо. Вывод: не поеду сюда и никому не советую, отзывы накрученные, денег своих не стоит, лучше отдыхать в других отелях, где по-настоящему комфортно и красиво!

Great hotel! With an aquapark, a gorgeous territory, delicious breakfasts! I'll start in order. We lived in the 9th building with a view of the water park, and the second room had a view of the forest. There is no noise, music or screams from the water park at all. We had a room with a balcony. The rooms are simple, the furniture is tired, but clean. Of course, although the hotel has 5 stars, it does not match them. Solid 4. The breakfasts are standard, delicious, and everyone will find something for themselves. The water park is cool, there are many slides, the staff is attentive. The pool is next to the beach, spacious, but there are not enough sun beds. It is better to borrow in the morning. Prices on the territory are high. If you walk 5 minutes to the side, then all the goodies are adequately priced: smoothies 50-60 baht, roti 60-80 baht, and so on. There is absolutely everything. The beach is gorgeous! It's wide, sandy, and there aren't many people. You can spend the whole day in the shade of the forest. Towels are provided free of charge. The entrance to the sea is normal, the depth does not start very abruptly, and the depth gradually increases. But in any case, the children need to be looked after. If you go for a family, relaxing and cool vacation, then splash is the perfect value for money option! I would love to return to this hotel again!
