As the director of the Brest Stork House Wild Bird Rescue Center, I have the honor to cooperate with her over the past three years, and I can only say one thing: Elena Viktorovna is a true professional in her field. During this time, she cured more than 80 storks, and none of her patients died during treatment. This indicates a high level of expertise and attentive attitude to each case. Elena Viktorovna is probably the only ornithological veterinarian in Brest, which makes her work especially valuable for us and for wildlife. I've been treating him in the Sovushka for a year now (not because they don't treat him well, but because he had absolutely everything), he's much better, his behavior is now indistinguishable from healthy (before, he just slept and itched with all his might). To be honest, although my bird is tame, it allows itself to be touched only by me and my mother, or rather, it did, because Elena Viktorovna became the third person to have my parrot calmly lying on her chest. I also treated the rest of the birds in the Owl. In a month, the chick was cured of rickets and megabacteriosis (thanks to the unscrupulous breeder for these diagnoses). In short, for me and my birds, Elena Viktorovna is the most understanding, competent and empathetic doctor! I don't know who she was or what displeased her, that suddenly, after a lot of extremely positive reviews about the Owl, negative statements appeared (and it's very suspicious that almost all of them are in the same period of time), but let's be realistic: answer my question, do you know many veterinarians who are willing to answer for FREE all your questions on Viber? I don't know such people anymore, but Elena Viktorovna has been providing full support to my birds for a year now, adjusting the dosage and medications themselves from time to time. The rat was also sickly. She's been on antibiotics all her life.... Every day for 2.5 years. With a maximum break of 2 weeks between medications. They planted the liver and kidneys... Only Elena Viktorovna picked up the treatment, and Fedor has been feeling great for more than a month! I just don't believe he survived the last flare-up..... She was also entrusted with the castration of the second rat. Everything went perfectly, although I was worried that he would not be able to bear it, because he is already elderly. I couldn't stand his aggression towards my kinsman anymore. I thought about giving it away, but I decided to have an operation and I didn't lose it. I knowingly asked where she studied, because I know how and what veterinarians are taught in the Republic of Belarus (I also studied at agro). It turned out that she has a highly specialized education and continuous professional development outside the country.
