There are shops with excellent cuisine and a wide variety in the network, but here it gets worse and worse from month to month! There are these terrible bast shoes, cutlets, blue mashed potatoes, disgusting-tasting chebureks and whites. Well, what is this? Why do you need a culinary department? To spoil the food?

Thank you for leaving few regular cash registers and increasing the number of self-service cash registers. The queues at regular ticket offices are huge, but I don't want to go to the self-service checkout, because I don't want to fool myself and remember what the name of that apple is, what tomatoes it is, whose cucumbers it is, and waste my time doing work that I didn't hire for. Now I will visit this store much less often, because self-service cash desks are not convenient for me and I don't want to stand in a huge queue either. I'll go to the store where they value their customers.
