After our trip to Bukhara, the girls and I were just exhausted. In the morning there is a train from Samarkand, then a whole day of walking around the hot city, excursions, a lot of walking, emotions and heat. And, probably, one of the best decisions for the whole trip was to book an evening in advance at the Samarkand Spa. When we got there, we just instantly forgot about fatigue. The place is incredibly beautiful and very atmospheric. Each room is decorated in its own style: stunning bas—reliefs, interior details, light, scents - everything looks very aesthetically pleasing and expensive. It feels like the space was made with great love for details. We took a spa program with a hammam, scrubbing and massage - and it was just perfect after such a busy day. We were literally "scrubbed to a creak", we had a very cool relaxing massage with oil, and after the procedures we were given delicious tea. Everything was as comfortable, calm and professional as possible. I would also like to mention the quality of the services and the specialists themselves — they are very attentive, accurate and pleasant. After the procedures, we came out completely refreshed and happy. The only thing that surprised me a little was the organization of the changing area. After the spa, we were told that men were already waiting for us, because the lockers and the area with hair dryers where we changed clothes and dried our hair are common to all guests. No one was rushing us directly, but the feeling that the next visitors were already waiting outside the door was a bit awkward. It seems that it would be much more comfortable to make separate changing areas or at least somehow separate the streams of guests. But this is really the only negative compared to everything else. Everything else was just great: the atmosphere, the interior, the quality of the procedures, the attitude towards the guests, the prices — everything was very pleasant. If we visit Samarkand again, we will definitely come back again. And we highly recommend SPA Samarkand to everyone who will be in the city — it's just better to book in advance, because the place is really popular and absolutely deserved.

very poor service, at first I couldn't reach them, then they couldn't send the full information for the purchase of the certificate as a gift for two days, after I got through, they promised to send the finished certificate in a couple of days, as a result, no one wrote anything until I wrote to find out when the certificate would be ready .... and eventually it will be ready, only in a week....I have written and warned many times that I want to give a certificate by a certain date as a gift for my mother. zero attention and service to customers, very poorly developed community management!
