We liked the hotel. From the point of view of standards of cleanliness, convenience, availability of everything necessary in the room, I give 10 out of 10. A good, high-quality hotel. The staff are great. It was my mom's birthday, and I asked the reception to congratulate her at breakfast, bring coffee with some kind of pie. I thank the administrator, Ilya, for his responsiveness and emotions. He organized everything very well and Mom got wonderful emotions from Bishkek, your hotel. We made a small cake for mom, which we ate right away with pleasure. Thanks to the chef for this sign of attention too.

Excellent hotel, convenient location. Great breakfasts with a focus on Chinese food. I took off one star for the fact that the staff woke me up with their meeting for 2 days in a row. Opposite my room , there was an office in which they were talking very loudly with the door open. And it was about 8 a.m. For people living in Moscow time, it's very early). I even had to make a remark, but for some reason the door was left open to this office anyway. It seemed to be on the 10th floor. I hope the management will pay attention to this.
