The place is really nice, spacious, quiet, there is a place to turn around. It is suitable for both a large team building and a small company. Plus, there is paintball, which is a separate plus for outdoor activities. But there is also a disadvantage, and quite noticeable. It feels like repairs haven't been done here since the opening. Gazebos, tables, chairs are all outdated and falling apart in places.

A good place to relax. Plenty of space, barbecues, a pioneer campfire, tents, a river. You can wander in silence, paintball, solitude. In the rain, however, the primer on the territory is washed out.
