It's a good place. We were passing through in June 2025. They were well received and conducted and had a good impression of the hosts. The beach and the sea are just outside the walls of the hotel.

We liked the hotel very much. Right on the beach, beautiful views, the owners are friendly, they help with everything. The kitchen is shared. The room has a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning. The furniture and surroundings are tired, but everything is clean. Wi-Fi is weak. If you just need relaxation in normal conditions at sea, then you can safely book. The room was rented for three for 4000 rubles. And I also recommend visiting the Safari zoo in Berdyansk, we really liked it and it's not far (by the way))).
