I decided to try lunch for 13 rubles, which is about the same as a pint of beer on Zybitskaya Street, but it turned out to be a full—fledged multi-course lunch. I share my impressions: · Fish soup (5/10) is probably the only thing that upset me. To my taste, it's too salty, the potatoes are a little boiled, and the fish looks like canned — with small bones. But the portion is good, and it's clear that they wanted the best. · Aldente vegetables — it was wonderful! Crispy, fresh, the best thing I've eaten not only in canteens, but also in establishments with a claim to a "restaurant" lately. · Beef liver is excellent: not bitter, soft, without hard veins, with toasted onion. Pleasantly surprised. · Eggs stuffed with fish salad taste great, just a festive dish worthy of a New Year's table. · Berry juice is not cloying, refreshing, it feels like it has vitamins and without excess sugar. The chefs are professionals, but special thanks to the rest of the staff — the staff was clearly trained in politeness: everyone says hello, they give you the change even before you hand over the bill, and they send you off with a warm "Savory esci". The menu itself is like in a Belarusian cuisine restaurant, no worse than a la Lido and Cornflowers, but the prices are decent. Bottom line: for 13 rubles, it's satisfying, superbly tasty (almost everything), sincere and very friendly. Don't order soup — or maybe you should, maybe it's a one-time occurrence.
