The cozy interior and the very varied menu, but the service is not that lame, but it's just legless! There were two huge halls with a fairly crowded seating area at that time, two toilet cubicles, one of which was for the disabled and both were occupied for 15-20 minutes, and the strangest thing was the ladies from the management staff who sat there and smoked Icos, and when several visitors tried to get into the toilet, they just clicked and screamed "IT'S BUSY!"!! No one greets you at the entrance, the kitchen and bar work slowly and very reluctantly, although the taste and appearance of the dishes are not bad! The ofics are very nice and seem to be trying, but they slow down near the same ladies from the staff to giggle and discuss something, forgetting about the requests of visitors! Please work on the service and start with the managers and admins!!
