Of the cons, I want to warn you right away that the service in hotels in this area leaves much to be desired, you should not wait for excellent Internet access, which will be resorted to at your request, perfect cleanliness in the rooms, but this is almost everywhere and has nothing to do with the team, the hotels are quite good for this price category, I am very pleased proximity to ski lifts, rental, drying , catering, taxi, baths, everything is at hand. The breakfast is simple, but quite nutritious, we had enough, porridge (rice, buckwheat, oatmeal + scrambled or boiled eggs, cheesecakes with sour cream, pancakes with condensed milk, ciabatta, butter, tea), you can order certain dishes on the cafe menu for a fee. On February 8, I went on a Ski Bus tour to Elbrus. I really liked everything!🫶 The Jan Tugan Hotel fully satisfied expectations, has everything you need, good breakfasts, and is located close to the ski lift. Thanks to our escort Artyom for organizing and creating a friendly atmosphere) In the evenings and when the weather was unsuitable for skiing, we played board games, went to the sauna and walked along the eco-trail. We were on a Ski bus tour in Elbrus at the end of February. We flew by air, so I won't say anything about the bus. But our equipment and luggage were delivered on time, as agreed. Thanks to the partnership agreement between Ski bus and the rental point, we received excellent equipment at prices much lower than market prices. We stayed at the Jan Tugan Hotel. A simple, colorful hotel with delicious food. Its location is captivating: almost near the ski lift, near a cafe and a fairground. I would like to express my special gratitude to our guide Artyom! Excellent manager, in touch 24/7, always quick to resolve issues. In the evenings, he organized games, quizzes and cozy get-togethers! He tried to help with the profitable purchase of a ski pass, advised local cuisine, and organized excursions. Thanks to him, we went on a jeep tour with an amazing historical guide. He talked about the history and culture of the region in a very fascinating way! The resort itself left only positive emotions, it is impossible to get enough of the mountain views, the mountains are beautiful in any weather!!! The tracks are perfectly prepared, everyone will be able to find one that will be comfortable to ride and improve their skills! I wish all future tourists a good mood and an unforgettable vacation!
