We stayed at this hotel in November 2025. Convenient location, lots of transport nearby, which makes it easy to get anywhere in the city. The area is very quiet. Lots of shops, cafes, reasonable prices. Our room wasn't big, but it was comfortable. The bed linen is clean. Towels were changed daily. The breakfasts at the hotel are not rich in choice, but you will not stay hungry. Everything is delicious and fresh. The only negative is the audibility. We can say that there is no sound insulation at all. You can hear people walking in the hallway, and neighbors talking. We liked the hotel, we only came to spend the night. I recommend it for travelers!

I returned from Istanbul yesterday, the Sim hotel, I liked the location, near the Yusuf Pasha tram stop, excellent transport interchange, a Waikiki shop at the beginning of the street, there are many canteen locations behind the hotel on the next street. There is also a subway, many shops. In general, the whole of Istanbul consists of restaurants, cafes, hotels, shops. About the hotel itself: Fatih is not very friendly at the reception, very nervous, does not like unnecessary questions, slippery type. The second man at the reception is a great guy, aged (with glasses), very friendly, speaks Russian. Room 301 was clean, towels and pastels were clean, I lived in a room for one person, compact with a view of the courtyard (the courtyard is scary). During the 4 days of stay, the room was cleaned once, it looks like it was just swept, the towel was replaced. The breakfasts are regular, standard, the same every day (fries, sausages, nuggets of three types, cheeses, cucumbers, tomatoes, jam, coffee, tea, bread) you will not stay hungry. I would return to this hotel, due to the fact that it is not far to go to the sights, from Waikiki to the right side of the Laleli area, there are exchange offices with a good exchange rate, towards Laleli.

An inexpensive BB hotel, half an hour on foot or 10 minutes by tram to the main attractions, tram and metro stops nearby, cafes and shops near the hotel, there are exchange offices, the rooms are tired, small, the price / quality ratio is adequate, it was enough for us to just spend the night, the breakfasts are monotonous every day, but not hungry you will stay (eggs, sausages, vegetables, sausage, cheese, rolls, coffee, tea, fast food) the room was cleaned every day, there was no shower gel, a couple of jars of shampoo, a bar of soap and disposable slippers, there is a safe in the room, adequate staff at the reception, you can leave your luggage on the day of departure and take another walk if you have time before departure. An economical hotel without high expectations
