I haven't been here in winter. Always in spring and summer. A quiet and measured stay with excellent cuisine. Excellent territory, courteous staff. The rooms are a little tired, but there is nothing critical. If you want complete silence and privacy, then I recommend renting a cottage. We have been doing this for many times. It's a bit noisy in the general building. In terms of nutrition, if you take full board, then you will definitely close the issue of food for the entire rest period. They are being fed for slaughter. It's so delicious that it's impossible to stop. We always bring a couple of kilograms of weight. I want to say separately about the activities / there are not many of them, but they are of high quality. There are trolls, there is a Bison Race track where you can test your endurance, there is a forest where you can walk. Separately, I would like to mention the pond and the stairs to it. 407 levels of pleasure. You walk, the birds are singing, the flowers are blooming, the trees are noisy - the soul is resting. The pond itself is not very large, but there are gazebos in a circle. A lot. We grilled kebabs there with a big group - it was magical! I definitely recommend it. It's a great place.

We went to the New Year holidays in 2026. In general, the place is good, the houses are clean, there is everything you need. The territory is good, there is a place to walk. We took accommodation with meals, the food is excellent and varied. Everything is delicious and the portions are good. Now about skiing. It is precisely because of this that 4. Because renting equipment here means a minimum of 40 minutes of waiting (only 15 people were waiting for 40 minutes in front of us), and the queues here are far from the same as in Arkhyz and Krasnaya Polyana. The operator said that they were queuing for equipment for 5 hours. In this regard, the organization is very lame. There are no problems on the slopes, everything is fine. But the spa area was also a little surprised. There are only 8 lockers in the locker room, while there are only 2 showers. The entrance is scheduled, meaning everyone enters and leaves at the same time. Accordingly, there is a queue for the shower at the exit. The spa area itself is good, there are several types of saunas, a small pool, and an area with a hot tub. Overall, the impression is rather positive. But there are more interesting places)

I went in January 2026, the territory is large, there is a place to walk, there is an ice rink with skate rentals, everything is very beautiful and fabulous, the slopes are quite steep, even educational, if you are going to rent skis and hire an instructor, put at least half an hour at the rental point, as everything happens quite slowly. Some of the employees at the rental office are not particularly friendly. I lived in a house, the renovation is super, everything is there, even spoons and forks, very clean. The food in the restaurant is very tasty, the waiters are very friendly. The only negative is the rather high price for everything (housing, food, rental, ski pass, etc.). But if money is not a problem, then you are here.
