I rarely write reviews, but this time I can't help but share my extremely positive impressions of this hotel!) At 10 a.m. on the day of arrival, they already checked in, having fed breakfast)) The reception manager speaks excellent Russian, is very polite, helpful, friendly! The room is bright and clean, the balcony in front of which was blooming jasmine), shower and toilet - everything is in perfect order!)) As for the food, I've never been an all-inclusive fan, but I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality! It's just impossible to try everything, and I didn't even try!) Everything is very decent! There is a shuttle to the beach, it's not very convenient to go, but it's not that far! In April, I found active preparations for the season, the beach was in the design stage, but everything was already on the level) The sea is clean and cool, but +17 water does not interfere with bathing!)) Antique Side is a 20-minute walk from the hotel, informative, interesting, the harbor is beautiful, authentic houses in the Old Town Thank you for a wonderful week spent in Side!!!)) I want to come back here!!! Sincerely, Dmitry, St. Petersburg

I've been writing since 2026. I'm going back) We stayed at the hotel from June 23 to July 2, 2024 The hotel is worth your money right away! We paid about 185,000 for 10 days for two people. The hotel is not big, but there are a lot of people in June. On July 1, the occupancy rate was 100%. Food is considered a big plus of the hotel, and here yes. However, the food that I have never seen in the budget five, even in the good petyarki have not seen. And here in the top four there is such a meal, we were surprised! Breakfast, standard. There are always eggs of all kinds. The sea of cheeses, however, is a huge selection, and mozzarella, and yellow regular, and with mold and walnuts. Well, different. Fruits for any choice, at all meals. Watermelons, melons, cherries, plums, white and black grapes, bananas, apples of various types, oranges and grapefruits. Only there were no strawberries) there are onions, dry balls and hot and cold milk. A coffee machine with grain coffee is available. Lunch is varied. There is always chicken, turkey, beef and lamb. Always fish, and often salads with squid and shrimp. Regular salads are also plentiful, lots of greens. The desserts are varied, but I'm not a fan. I've tried some, they're delicious. I especially liked the pudding. There are always either French fries/ rustic or potato sticks, and at all meals. The soups were different too, Turkish/ tomato with cheese / mushroom / lentil/with ravioli/ with noodles. Sometimes there are even two types of soup. I especially liked the tomato one. Dinner, a separate song. It's themed three times a week. On Sunday, the Turkish night, on the days of themed dinners, there is animation. Moreover, the animation is really high-quality. On a Turkish night there is kebab, kebab in lavash, Turkish rolls with cheese, tongue! The salads are local. There is almost always a pide for dinner and lunch. In general, the food is very diverse. Baklava, cakes, pudding are made from sweets. A huge ice cream cake is brought to the fanfare. On Tuesday, the most gorgeous dinner, fish dinner. There's probably all the fish. Huge grilled tuna, trout, white fish. shrimp in various forms, breaded and boiled squid, mussels in sauce, sushi and rolls, paella. The only dinner where I couldn't even see the entire range. If you take a trip for 10 days, then make sure that Tuesday is twice And on Thursday, an Italian dinner, homemade pizza, pasta, breaded chicken, turkey skewer. By the way, there are often lamb cutlets. The food at the hotel is delicious and fresh. You can see there is quality control, the food is replenished quickly. I didn't see any empty seats. Even fruits are always full, there is never a queue for watermelon. There are always cherries. The only thing on the last day was a noticeable influx of people and they were wildly sorting everything out. But the hotel is young, they add it right away. Alcohol. I've tried cocktails, and there are some interesting ones. I liked Pinacolada, many people take mojitos. You can ask without alcohol. The wine is delicious white, pink sour, red is normal. Bottled wine! A hotel plus. Strong alcohol from small 50ml jars. I've tried tequila, it's passable. The beer is strong, pleasant, not diluted like everywhere else. In short, from the local, the alcohol is of high quality. The territory, well, in fact, the pool and the paths around that lead to the rooms are the whole territory. In general, the hotel is not at all about the territory. We didn't lie by the pool, we don't like that. Sea/beach. The trip to the beach takes 5 minutes. The most probably not pleasant, there are often queues during rush hours. In the morning to the beach, at lunch from the beach, after lunch to the beach, and by 5-6 from the beach for dinner. You can walk for 15 minutes, but in the baking sun it is not possible. If you miss the last flight to the hotel, you will have to walk to lunch. It can hoot earlier if it feels like it. We left 13-10 minutes earlier a couple of times. By the way, this is very annoying, always the fear of being late. From this, lying on the beach turns into time control. But it's important to understand that if you're willing to put up with it, then the hotel is for you. Don't be under any illusions. I highly recommend not traveling with children, especially small ones. It will be a difficult trip for them. I've seen kids in hysterics with their moms a couple of times. not all Europeans are ready to give up their seat on the bus and you will be standing with a small child screaming from the heat, who has nothing to do with all this. You can have lunch on the beach, order according to the menu. They never used it. Water, local upi juices, coffee, tea, beer, and Pepsi-type soda are available. From 10 to 5 You can order a gozleme from 11 to 2. You can order the filling according to your choice. Cheese/meat/spinach and nutella. You can mix it, I liked the cheese + meat. Monday is a day off. The entrance to the sea is perfect, the sand is shallow. The entrance is slightly washed with pebbles. But it doesn't make the entrance any less pleasant. I'll add that buses were added during rush hours, even the hotel owner himself got behind the wheel. To regulate the flow. Room/check-in. We arrived early in the morning, we were at the hotel at 6:40🙈. The young man said that there were no places, but he would try. In the meantime, go eat, he doesn't speak much Russian. He explained himself in English. We stayed in the restaurant until 8 o'clock, and then went to the lobby to make our eyes sore. They had a shift shift and the young man left, but the other guy stayed. He said without question that the room was ready and at 8 a.m. we were checked in at no extra charge. That's what I understand the service) they asked us what kind of view we want, and we deducted that the view of the pool is better. It's quieter there, yes, the animation is strict until 23:00. But on the days of our arrival there was a football championship, so it lasted longer and it was audible. In any case, they gave me a view to where they asked) the floor was the second and I think the best, the ceiling is high, not like on the third, and not for people on the first. The squares are a good room, not cramped. And there are also cramped rooms. In short, I was really lucky with the number. We didn't hear any neighbors. I can hear the corridor and the street. And then, after 23:00, everything on the street turns off and it gets quiet, the windows were next to the extra bar, where you can order alcohol and hookah for a fee, so there were no rowdy people there at night. Everything was quiet. A grudge against the hotel, they didn't give me the bag that comes as a gift. They say they're over, but half of the Europeans wore them, and we don't care. The problem was that I found out that the bags were given at the hotel and I didn't take my own. I had to carry a backpack. I even saw that the Russians were fighting about it, but they didn't see any bags in 10 days. In general, I liked the hotel, the owner of the hotel is constantly vigilant and in control. It makes everyone run away! They solve problems quickly, the tables are always clean and the plates do not lie for a long time. I've eaten a couple of times, and they've already tried to clean the table. As in other hotels, you don't need to ask for something to be cleaned. Separately, about animation. It's three times a week, the rest of the days were either football or just disco-type music. All three days of animation are super) dancing, live music, Turkish dancing, there is no children's animation, the children will be very bored. There are no slides, just a paddling pool. The old town of Side is nearby. We went twice. A 30-minute walk. There is a BOS Waikiki by. A 40-minute walk to the other side of Novamol. We walked, and returned 1 hour by bus 6-9 minutes to Waikiki or the cemetery. And a 7-minute walk to the hotel. Wi-Fi is paid, not very much 💩for two people in 10 days they gave 28€ On the beach, I asked about the Wi-Fi. It is called by a friend and the input is different. The guy gave me the password and they didn't even find out if I paid for it. That's why you can safely connect for free on the beach, if you're lucky As a conclusion, the hotel is worth paying attention to, there are disadvantages, but there are many advantages. One attitude is worth a lot. The owner himself saw us off, where did you see this? And it's not because he has any special relationship with us, he treats everyone like that) He invited us to come back, and we wouldn't mind if we could come back.

It's a very nice hotel, it was in early April 2026. Honestly, I wouldn't even say that the hotel is three stars, obviously 4! the location is excellent, near burger kind, waikiki, subway and other shops, and nearby there is a mosque that has free admission, and near the mosque there is a market that is open on certain days, I don't remember which ones, but you can check at the reception. There is also a novamall shopping center nearby, in manavgat, buses go there, but you can take a taxi (it will be a long walk) to the old town for 15-20 minutes by walking, we went there every day along the embankment. It's a 15-minute walk to the beach, but if it's along the road, and if it's through the old town, then it's 25-30 minutes, but there are buses, I'll attach the schedule. As it is, the beach is ordinary, there is a bar with basic drinks, sun beds and umbrellas. in general, there is nothing special on the beach. As for the hotel itself, everything is fine too, the rooms are fresh and clean. our Windows faced the street, near the eco market, on the one hand a plus, because it's noisy by the pool, and on the other a minus, because from the street you can hear something like quads squeaking that park right in front of the windows. Cleaning every day, they clean well. As for the Internet, it was written that it would be paid, but we booked from a booking (non-Russian application) and we were given a personal password from the Internet and everything was fine. I don't know, maybe if you book from another website, the Internet will be paid. The food is very decent, you can eat from morning to night! after breakfast, lunch literally 2 hours later, and after lunch before dinner there is an afternoon snack, of course, the choice is not great, but you can eat all kinds of desserts, buns, there is also a bar, there are 2 of them, one is free, there are all kinds of sodas and cocktails from the menu, and there is a paid one, they also make cocktails for money, as well as more They sell chips, leys, and doritos. There is also a spa on site, but for money. There is billiards, table tennis and table football, as well as a gym (free of charge), in general, there is something to do! Russian Russian was also spoken by some at the reception and some not at all, and in all other places they did not understand Russian at all. In general, the hotel is wonderful, if you plan to go, go without hesitation!
