I came to pick up my backpack on time, but they didn't change the lock.. I am informed (that there is no given lock, they offer another Option that does not suit me) I refuse, they assure me that the lock will be available on Monday... I leave MY number, no one specified when ordering. I took the backpack, they didn't give a guarantee, they did the job for 2 weeks The lock is jammed, and the backpack strap is not attached. There is no customer orientation. I do not recommend visiting this workshop.

To get the repaired shoes, I had to come several times, although initially they promised to do everything quickly. As a result, I waited almost 3 weeks for the filling. Another unpleasant moment is communication with the receptionist (she seems to be the owner of the workshop). Communication with her leaves only negative impressions. If you don't want to waste time and spoil your mood, find another place.

This is some kind of horror, the deadlines were postponed 2 times without warning, I found out when I came to pick up. He took it. The sole was glued in such a way that the glue was smeared on the shoe, and the sole fell off after 2 hours of socks. The second time, the deadlines were postponed again, fortunately they gave me a phone so that I could ask if it was worth going there. They said they would sew the sole. They stitched me so hard that I almost threw up on these shoes. They can't even do the simplest thing. The neighbors have already burned themselves to varying degrees and are taking things to another place.
