Their Shashlik is amazing. The service is also impeccable. Being one of those tourists who can't speak Russian, this restaurant's waiters and waitresses make me feel comfortable by kindly assisting me in making the order. The price is also reasonable enough, which makes Shipudim @ Ablai Khan Avenue one of the prime spots you won't want to miss while visiting Almaty.

Great place! First of all, I would like to mention the work of the staff. It is clear that the waiters and the shift manager constantly keep everything under control, actively collect feedback from customers, it is very captivating. Unfortunately, on our day of visit, there were no mantas, but khinkali was a good substitute. The shish kebab is delicious, juicy, and very tasty! The interior is quite simple, but in general you need to come here for delicious cuisine.🔥
