The shawarma itself is quite tasty, although it often leaks and half of the filling remains in the bag. But the staff... It's amazing. There is one nice girl who works quickly and skillfully, I won't say the same about the other one. Today at 12:15 I made an order for a cheese shawarma, they said the waiting time was 10-15 minutes. The girl was working very slowly... usually, many people stand and make several orders at the same time, but here, she makes one and while the shawarma is frying, she counts the crows...At 12:25 p.m., I knocked and tried to politely ask how long to wait, since I couldn't wait anymore, I had to leave. What I got for: "I'm just starting to do it" in a rather rude tone. I'm sorry, she starts when the time that was promised has already passed. To which I reply, "I can't wait that long." And I get: "well, wait 2 minutes" in the same rude tone.. as a result: the shawarma is delicious, but the pita bread is raw. I beg. If you don't like fuss and people. DO NOT WORK IN THE SERVICE SECTOR.

We were recently guests in the city. We decided to try shawarma in this place. The first thing that disappointed me was that the shawarma was only chicken, the lavash was only regular (there was no cheese) and I was completely disappointed when I started eating it. Bitter cabbage, lots of vegetables, little meat. In my understanding, shawarma is completely different. I advise the owner of this place to change the products and ingredients.
