I ordered through the app so that when the shawarma is ready to come and pick it up and not wait at the window on the street, as a result, I sit waiting for 45 minutes, I think all this time, maybe a lot of orders, the application shows that the shawarma is being prepared, I call the point they say that it has been ready for a long time, it just does not appear in the application, calling is probably some kind of super-task. The cook told me to contact quality control, where I called twice, no one answered the phone, there is simply no service. The shawarma itself has a lot of sauce and a small amount of meat, the French fries were naturally cold, thanks for warming the shawarma itself, I give two stars for that But I won't order any more there and I don't recommend it.

We only take doner teriyaki. It's delicious. The rest is to refuse because of cucumbers. On service: the cook seems to be sociable and cheerful, makes really delicious shavukha, but there is one thing — he does not know personal boundaries, turns to you, may start swearing at the customer if he (in his opinion) did something wrong (he went for a long time to order, did not hear something, etc.), roll your eyes at questions , etc. Often smokes right under the order window. A separate issue is the application: sometimes it does not show the status (ready or not), it does not save the card for payment (or rather, it saves it, but it gives an error when used again); today the cook said that he received an order from me for 4 items from the application, although I ordered 2 (2 indicated in the application, charged for 2). I don't know if this is true or not on his side, but I definitely wouldn't have paid for 4 positions if he had prepared them. In general, we will probably order here as a last resort from now on.
