It's just a pity that there are few places nearby where you can have lunch, you need to go to the Sauran shopping center or other catering places that are also not very close (Especially when it rains). Pros - a good, compact business center with responsive management, communication with which is available almost all the time (during working and non-working hours)! Cons - there are not enough parking spaces for guests, especially in connection with the neighborhood of the kindergarten, where rush hour is from 16-17 hours (Mon-Fri).
