The hookah was made quickly and efficiently: the taste was rich, the smoke was dense, and it didn't taste bitter even after an hour. The guys know what they're doing. Excellent service: the staff is polite, does not impose, but comes up when needed. Tea and cocktails are delicious, the prices are adequate for such a place. In general, the “Secret place” justifies its name — a calm, comfortable place where you want to return. A great option to spend an evening with friends or relax alone.

The only place I didn't like in Petropavlovsk. The service is a horror, the quality of the hookah is a quiet horror (a hookah with the taste of soap - maybe for an amateur, but not for me for sure). It's elementary, the toilet is all dirty, the toilet is just terrible. Sofas are uncomfortable, the "VIP" room is an additional payment for it, its own personal and ideal window in the area of the floor, the absence of any infrastructure in the room. There is no hood in an ordinary room, the smoke does not go anywhere, it hangs over the table. The hookah man does not understand tobacco, does not hear or listen to the client's wishes, asked for a chill - they smoked without it, asked for berries - got soap. In general, I won't go there anymore and I'd rather smoke cigarettes. The prices are not bad, if you count in rubles, in tenge for locals, as for me, it is expensive for such a service.
