A wonderful hotel, we rented a house, we were with a dog, the owners are very responsible and friendly to the guests. There is a private parking, a warm pool, a separate house has everything, two bathrooms, a washing machine, a kitchen, televisions, air conditioning. Everything is in excellent condition. Wi-Fi is on, and all services are connected to the TV. The sea is 15 minutes away. But it's cozy that there aren't many people. We had breakfast twice, everything was delicious. I definitely recommend it! We were very worried about the reservation, because for the first time we booked ourselves in another country and not through services. But everything was great! We even managed to move the dates as it was more convenient for us! The competition is high, but in this place it is the best place. The rest of the competitors' houses look worse, and there is no pool.

From November 16 to November 22, we lived in SeaShell, we came to travel around Abkhazia precisely in the off-season, when there are fewer people, when there are a lot of fruits and the mountains are covered with colorful autumn prints. We are very grateful to the hostess Natalia for the warm welcome!! Attentive, caring, devoted a lot of time to us, a wonderful person and a good hostess. The hotel is wonderful!! We lived in a 2-room suite on the 1st floor. One room is simply huge, the second is smaller, but also not small - 20 meters for sure. The bathroom is large. Everything is very beautifully and conveniently done, we did not expect such a high-level hotel in Abkhazia at all. The Wi-Fi was constantly working. The rooms are clean. The renovation is very fresh, they are cleaned well and quite imperceptibly. The linen is clean, and we were given a towel for the sea along with a set of towels. It's already cold to swim, we didn't bring towels from home, but the weather was fine and we went swimming anyway!! Natalia is a wonderful cook. Everything is on time, the breakfasts are varied. We recommend the hotel wholeheartedly!

It 's just a wonderful place , a great , clean hotel , friendly staff , a very clean pool and a beautiful territory , 10 minutes walk to the sea , very tasty cuisine , thank you very much to Daria for accepting us ahead of time , we were traveling from Rostov , we will definitely come back here , to this wonderful place , very beautiful Mountain view from the room, my rating is 5+!!!!!

We had a family vacation at SeeShell in early June, and we were unlucky with the weather, so the heated pool was a big plus. Cozy and clean rooms, everything is done with a soul! Very friendly hosts and staff, were always ready to help in all matters, parted with them as with close friends. I recommend this place 100%. If we return to Gagra, then only to SeeShell. Good luck and prosperity to the guys!!!

We stayed at this hotel at the end of June The rooms are great! Everything is clean and beautiful. We were lucky with the weather . Heated swimming pool! Staff, chefs.. The people are wonderful!! The hosts are hospitable! Very sincere, kind people whom we will never forget and will only come back here! Lots of impressions! We are thrilled! The food is top class, the chefs cook beautifully!! We had a rest here in July 2025. We rented a house because there were 2 families with children. We were delighted with the interior of the house and the grounds. We also appreciated the cuisine, you don't have to worry about where to eat when everything is on site and at reasonable prices. So the rest was a success, we were satisfied.

I was very glad to be on vacation in this place. I was on vacation with friends in July. Wonderful clean area, comfortable rooms. The hostess always prompted on all questions, a very nice and welcoming woman. Rooms were cleaned regularly . Everything is very clean and tasteful. A clean pool, which was important for us. There is a sea and a shop nearby. Very comfortable beds, I want to mention this fact! Beautiful grounds and a view from the window. Everything was clear on the check-in, too. The hotel is new, everything is brand new, especially for such a price, it is now a rarity for Abkhazia. I have fallen madly in love with this place and I will definitely come back here. I recommend it!

I managed to visit this hotel recently. I liked everything very much. It is close enough to go to the sea, not far from the market, it is very convenient that the train station is also nearby, at hand. From there we went to Sukhum several times. Very friendly staff, everything is clean. One day a pharmacy was needed, a girl from the staff quickly helped to find it, suggested where to go. Delicious breakfasts. Nice big pool. Be careful!!!! 10 days before the rest, I first wrote to Avito with the hostess of this house to find out the price and available rooms for our dates. After some time, we agreed on a two-room 4-bed room with a balcony, discussed the price, as well as the amount of prepayment for BOOKING THIS PARTICULAR ROOM, asked to send a photo of this particular room that we are offered. They sent me a photo saying this will be your number, everything was fine with us. I asked for a number to transfer money for the reservation. I transferred the money. I was confirmed that yes, that's right, it is. After that, I also called this hostess Natalia, and we discussed everything once again confirming. I asked her for probably the fifth time that it would not work out that we would arrive, and you would offer us another room not like in the photo. To which she assured me that this had never happened , it could not be . 10 days later, we are going on a trip, I write to her that we are leaving and will be there tomorrow. She replies that she is waiting for us. After driving for 14 hours on the road, we arrive at this place. We ring the doorbell for a long time, no one opens it. Then the door opens, I say, we booked a two-room room, so we arrived. What is the answer to WHICH 2-ROOM ROOM? When did you book? All our rooms are occupied. Probably your number is two local maybe. We are shocked to start showing our correspondence, the hostess Natalia tries to pretend that she can't understand anything about how it happened, that we probably got it mixed up, and in the first ten minutes without apologizing and saying nothing sensible, she just stands and looks at her phone, not answering our questions. After half an hour of Natalia hanging out, she started trying to impose a double room on us, but as if there were three of us. And I tell her how we will live in three on two beds. To which she replied, she cannot offer any other options. Then he says, well, then I'll refund your prepayment and you go look for something else wherever you want.
