I’ve opened here a Bank account. The gentleman who did go through the process, made it easy and understandable for me. Please note that Sberbank is not for free! You have to pay a monthly or yearly fee! Also worth mentioning is that Sber has for regular customers and for “prime” customers which service offers a more prestigious one. And this particular office is for Prime only!

Потратила пол часа ожидания в очереди ради того, чтобы узнать, что, оказывается, поменять мелочь на бумажные деньги теперь у них платно и стоит конские 19%! Раньше всегда меняла и не было никаких процентов, это ведь не валюта. Тотальное безобразие и зря потраченное время!
