On the day of booking, our table was occupied, the table was not set in advance (although everything was discussed, the prepayment was made) The hot food order was waited for more than an hour. Dirty (we were sitting in the flight deck). No appliances were brought, I had to ask several times. Dirty dishes and napkins were not cleaned. We do not recommend visiting.

This is not the first time I have been to this lounge bar - the cuisine is excellent, the atmosphere is cozy, the staff is polite. But lately, the impression has been greatly spoiled by the behavior of the waiter - Saken. One gets the feeling that he behaves too familiarly with the guests, especially with older women. This attitude looks unprofessional and creates discomfort. It's a pity, because the bar itself deserves a much better reputation than the behavior of one employee, loves older women and behaves defiantly, because of his imposed behavior, I want to leave as soon as possible and not come back! It's a pity that today, the generation behaves like this!
