On 10/25/2025, I glued an iphone 16 pro max in 360, black, before I started, I asked if there would be any problems because of this, how it would feel, to which the answer was received that everything would be perfect, we would glue it in half an hour, there would be no questions, you would not notice the difference, recommendations for use for the first day or two the phone was completed, the bubbles went away all right, after 3 days the edge began to peel off, on 10/29/2025 I brought it under warranty, to which they told me yes, sorry, we'll re-glue it for free, after re-gluing the edges, they said that now everything is perfect, the phone is worn without a case, I don't put it in my pockets, constantly either in my hands or lying on planes, after 2 days the edges began to peel off again, but from all 4 sides, on 11/01/2025 I brought it back again, showing this defect, to which I was told that you have a black color and it is only in your model and only with this color that the problems began, although no warnings were said at the first pasting, we will re-paste, the man who took the phone was talking with obvious aggression, trying to raise his voice, it was said, "You need to use it carefully, and not go re-gluing," after another pasting, it was said that it was glued to the strongest component, now it definitely won't peel off. On 12/10/2025, 3 sides of the phone went away again.
