That is, you need to have 4 recipes and walk around the city. I was expecting to hear: sorry, unfortunately, there is only one package available, and I will have to take the recipe from you. I heard grumbling, criticism of the recipe, and the package was literally yanked out of my hands. I am a regular customer, I always communicate with a smile, I am always extremely polite, unlike the locals. Before me, the client, instead of communicating with the pharmacist, was stuck on the phone and answered very rudely. But what did I do to deserve it?... the collective farm remains a collective farm.
