We ordered a Roxen car wash with a displacer on 07/15/2024, it was in operation for only 7 months. Chips in the drain don't please me, to put it mildly.They do not fill out warranty cards,and there is a funny item,improper operation and mechanical damage 😀 Mirror and shower.I will now order the partition from another place!

I ordered now, not only did I not find a mirror of the right size from the order, I had to order a mirror of a different size on their initiative, respectively, more expensive. Of the gifts on request (the order is not small) in the form of liquid soap (by the way, decoction) and a wiper-water bottle, viscose napkins were put. There is no response to the claim by e-mail on the 5th day. There is no customer orientation. They shove a discount card into each order (also a useless thing, it's better to use promo codes), even if they checked the availability of the card by phone number. Delivery of goods is also not convenient, only to the entrance and generally at any time, payment to the courier is only in cash, if you want by card, pay online the day before delivery. Well, such a thing. The disappointment is complete
