We are a couple from Kostanay, we stayed at the Salem Hotel and were very satisfied. Everything is clean and tidy, quiet and cozy atmosphere. We especially want to mention the work of the girl at the reception — Altyngul. She is incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and makes you want to come back again.

There is everything for an unassuming stay: modest rooms with a standard set of furniture and bathroom amenities, a TV with 10 channels and a small refrigerator.Although soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste are already for the money. The kitchen area is shared with several tables on the 1st floor, but is available at any time of the day. There is free tea and inexpensive coffee. Boiled water. Pretty budget prices. Although if you search, you can find cheaper ones. The owners are obviously trying to improve the service and keep it up to date.A big MINUS is that there are either sewage treatment plants nearby, or a fecal collector, and almost all the time there is a corresponding smell in the air. And if there is also a wind from the other side, then it is generally difficult. At least wear a gas mask all the time. As it is, it's not a bad hotel. Cosy.
