Always great burgers. After the trip, the most satisfying thing is to eat with an egg, fried onions, chicken or bacon. The price is lower in the city because of the thin cutlets, but the rest of the ingredients are on the same level, there are no these cheapest buns or ketchup. They can crumble, especially large ones, but this is the problem with all burgers, except for two-centimeter-high cheeseburgers. + They give you gloves, at least somewhere. - One of the few establishments where they charge 3-4 rubles for delivery. It's not very pleasant to eat on the concourse, there is no room on Oktyabrskaya.

We came to the shopping center specifically for these burgers. We arrived at 21:35 and stood there choosing burgers. In front of us, the young men took the order. At 9:40 p.m., they already started calling the cashier, as she walked around the kitchen and chatted with the staff. Approaching the checkout, the girl said that there were no burgers and switched to communicating with a colleague. We stood at the cash register for a few minutes, why couldn't we have warned in advance that the kitchen was closing? And why does it even close 20 minutes before the restaurant closes? We were very upset, and we also wasted money on parking. The girl was completely indifferent, she also sarcastically clarified whether their competitors were working, because we went to order somewhere else. I will be waiting for a response from the company here and in the book of reviews, as there is a review there too.

Maybe I had a high expectation, that's why I couldn't give more than 3 stars. I ordered a hamburger and chips. The smell of the sauces and meat, in general it was not appetizing to me.
