The staff is polite, but does not speak or understand English. and Russian even more so 😅 We moved into room 303 - you can't call it a room - a flophouse! Smoky! The ashtray is on the table. (the whole floor is smoky). There's a hole in the middle of the duvet cover. The hooks on the entrance panel are torn off. There's a huge chip on the bathroom sink. Instead of pillows, there is something wrapped in a pillowcase. The windows are dirty, and there's hair on the sink. The room price is 6000 rubles per day! I returned to the reception - give me a non-smoking room. He's got chlorate in his eyes, and he's got a phone with a translator. Not even to be outraged in a normal way:(he is silent and only through a text translator. I called the manager. They speak in raised tones. While I was waiting for a new room, I saw enough of the concierge at the reception. He unbuttoned his pants 5 times and tucked in his T-shirt. He sniffed and blew his nose. the sign says "8,4 from booking" - lies!!! An hour later, they gave me another number. Even the blanket is different!!! They have 303 as a promo number! product face show:(( There was no hot water until the evening. accident. Only towels were changed during cleaning. No one even thought about cleaning up. "+" excellent Chinese restaurant on the second floor. Delicious, fast, affordable prices. there is an underground parking - a motorcycle was delivered for free.

Drunk couples came to have fun in the rooms for two nights, screamed at three in the morning, the administration did not react in any way. They ran out into the hall and started a showdown there, they woke everyone up, but no one at the hotel wanted to calm them down. When checking in, pay attention to the equipment, they may make you pay for what you did not take. For example, me for some kind of shoe brush that I haven't seen and don't use at all. They even offered to open my suitcase and look there. The taxi was waiting for us and therefore this show had to be canceled after paying 15,000 tugriks for an old brush and the mood was not to return! It's a shame and an absurdity!

It was great, the food and especially the milkshakes are great but expensive.food:5/10, rooms are dirty and not cleaned.purity:4/10, the staff is polite and nice +well-developed in the field of Russian. Basically the staff:9/10, 9 because I saw them fighting.. It was not pleasant that women did not hold back in the workplace.
