They break the law. It's 2 a.m., they have loud music playing and the guests are yelling outside. The staff doesn't do anything. The atmosphere is terrible, the hotel above the establishment is suffering, and so is everything around it. Everything is bad!

There were two times, there is alcohol, beer is not diluted, they scored a hookah on their tobacco for free, you can turn on music from your preferences. There is little Irish, but I definitely recommend it as just a hangout point. Please note that the receipt includes 10% for the service, but it's worth it!
