Sorry, the worst kfc i have ever seen. Actually wanted to taste russian kfc. But… We ordered wings, 2 types of fries, chicken legs, a burger and a boxmaster. At first it was suggested that the chicken legs wouldn't come out and something else instead. When we get the order and taste it, it tastes really bad. The truffle potatoes were not as pictured, they were burnt. When I complained about this, the manager explained that the picture is an advertisement and it should be like that. Really funny 😂 The worst service and communication. Didn't like anything.

Я уже много лет захожу в этот ресторан быстрого питания когда отправляюсь с Киевского вокзала. Очень выручает перед поездкой. Еда всегда вкусная, сочная, никаких проблем за всё время не возникало.Даже при большом наплыве людей сотрудники работают достаточно быстро и организованно. А однажды мы с сестрой буквально бежали за 15 минут до электрички и нам выдали заказ за 2–3 минуты! В тот момент зал был пустой, но всё равно приятно удивила их скорость и слаженность. Из минусов могу отметить только то, что в холодное время года лестница бывает грязной и мокрой. Но поскольку я обычно беру еду с собой и ем уже в электричке, для меня это не критично.

Купила сегодня баскет М курочка просто супер большая, острая, фритюра на курочке не пожалели, специи все идеально, дайте премию человеку, что был на фритюре курочка выше всех похвал. Обслуживание на кассе стандартное, не увидела никакого хамства, в зале чисто, долго ждать не пришлось
