The story began on 06/18/2025, we installed a steel towel warmer and 2 bubbles formed on it, unfortunately we did not know that steel towels require grounding and the plumber assured us later that he had encountered this for the first time (I strongly advise not to put a towel without grounding and not to mess with such plumbers). The manager advised replacing the heated towel rail with a copper one and said that no grounding was required for it, ok, it was done, installed, and in less than a month foam and a bubble formed on it. We change it a second time and it swells up again. The salon's work schedule is from 8 to 17.00 and we constantly have to leave work. The reasons, according to the manager: the first time there were problems in soldering, a production jamb, maybe they were underexposed in the conductor or overexposed, the second - perhaps the reagents for processing this towel were incorrectly selected (when washing off the paint). The third time it was installed on 03/20/2026, it's worth it and we hope that it won't swell, although the towel is crooked, but honestly, we're already tired of running and changing. Of course, it's unpleasant and the sediment remains. Thank you to Manager Alexey for his patience and customer orientation

It's a great store. There are parking spaces during the day. We drove up with our plumber, and they helped us choose and advised us. We could have painted the towel rail in the right color. Suggested the necessary missing elements. They can make the desired size to order. The warranty was given for 5 years! Heavy ones. The service is super. + additional discount from your plumber.
