No one tried to "sell" the most expensive product, but reasonably explained the properties of the varieties. And also, taking into account the sheathed area, we selected the optimal size of the sheets.

Several times I ordered plywood of 3 and 4 mm grades 1/2, the application was always executed literally the next day. There was only a delay once, but then everyone correctly explained that there were a lot of orders and there was not enough in the warehouse of exactly the volume that I needed. Very honestly and without any promises for tomorrow.
