We bought a phone on 03.12.2025, and the manager said on the phone that all the equipment was brand new. What we have in fact, on the official apple website, the serial number showed that the phone was activated in SEPTEMBER 2023. Which already means that the phone is bu. When the phone was given, they opened the packaging and there were scratches on the screen, which was a very unpleasant moment, but because it was a gift, they did not attach much importance to the scratches. After 2 weeks, the mute button went off. Conclusion: it is better to overpay 100-200 rubles and get exactly the new original phone, not a used or restored one. P.S. we are new users in Apple technology and it was not possible to consult with anyone
