Good afternoon! Unfortunately, I came across the "expectation-reality" effect. There was such a situation that instead of the promised, they sent something completely different. In the first photo (a promo photo from the flower shop's Instagram), we are shown a beautiful bouquet of Altai chrysanthemums. The Altai variety is distinguished by its round-shaped and lush buds. That's the way it is. The bouquet really looks lush. This is the effect I was hoping for. The second photo shows the second bouquet that was sent to us. You can see that the photo shows a different variety of Chrysanthemums. This variety is called Baltika. It is distinguished by its angular and elongated buds. For its splendor, you already need a different number of colors. The effect is lost. You can visually notice the difference between these two varieties just by Googling. To prevent this situation, I asked in advance to send a photo of the bouquet, but this action was ignored. The recipient, of course, received his bouquet on time. The emotions were positive. But as a customer, I still have an unpleasant resentment. I hope that over time you will develop a trend of "attention to detail". And unfortunately, the "I'll do it and they won't notice" position doesn't work at the present time. It was possible to resolve this situation simply by giving advance notice. But I didn't want to argue with you, and I'll just leave this comment so that people will be more attentive to such details and ask you in advance for photos of the bouquets you have made. Unfortunately, the buyer's trust in you has been lost. All the best to you!
