I ordered doors and roller shutters for the garage. There are no questions about the doors, everything is fine! But at the gate?! Scratches on the product, especially on the tires. I installed it myself. There was a link to the installation instructions in the product data sheet. It returns an error when entering the link. It's good that there is an Internet connection and you can find information on other sites. The motor is installed in an awkward position for manually opening/closing the gate. To open/close them manually, you need to install a stepladder. Although it would be more convenient to set the motor with the hexagon position to the bottom in order to manually open/ close the gate from the ground.
