He's in the back room somewhere, taking his time. The absence of a price tag is normal. You can enter a high price without scanning the product. It is always empty both in terms of goods and in terms of buyers. Sellers don't linger. There are only 2 people working all the time, who should have been replaced a long time ago. Where the management is looking is unclear.
