The worst Ringo cafe in town. There are almost always crowds of people, long queues and very slow service. One day we came for donuts at 21:40 — 20 minutes before closing time. The girl at the checkout informed me that the doughnuts were gone. However, after a man from the queue approached her, the donuts miraculously appeared, and they also agreed to accept our order. However, the cashier showed by her whole appearance that she was doing us a huge favor: she punched through the order with obvious irritation, as if she was very unhappy that she had to serve customers 20 minutes before the end of the shift. Yesterday we went to this cafe again, but already at 21:00. The same queue, the same girl at the checkout. Once again, we were informed that there were "no donuts." At the same time, even from the counter, a huge tray of doughnuts was perfectly visible in the kitchen. As a result, we decided not to leave money in a place where customers were clearly not welcome, and went to the Druzhba branch. There we were served without any queues in five minutes, sold donuts and made coffee. If possible, I recommend choosing any other branch of the network and avoiding this place. This is by far the worst Ringo café in the city. It's always overcrowded, with long lines and very slow service. One evening we came to buy donuts at 9:40 p.m., just 20 minutes before closing. The cashier told us they had no donuts left. However, after a man standing in line spoke to her, the donuts suddenly "appeared," and she agreed to take our order. She acted as if she was doing us a huge favor, entering the order with obvious annoyance and barely concealed anger. It really seemed like she wanted to start packing up early instead of serving customers. Yesterday we visited again, this time even earlier, at 9:00 p.m. Once again there was a long line, and the very same cashier told us they had "no donuts." Meanwhile, we could clearly see a huge tray of donuts sitting in the kitchen behind the counter. We decided not to spend our money at a place where customers are clearly not welcome. Instead, we went to the Ringo branch on Druzhba, where we were served politely within five minutes, got our donuts without any issues, and even enjoyed a cup of coffee. I highly recommend avoiding this location and visiting one of the other Ringo cafés instead.
