The very pleasant and friendly staff at the reception immediately catches your eye — they always smile, help you sort out any question, and tell you where everything is. The atmosphere in the club is incredibly comfortable and motivating: clean, bright, not crowded, the music is pleasant, the people around are positive. Special thanks and a low bow to my personal trainer Alexey Alexandrovich! It's just a godsend! Very professional, attentive and at the same time incredibly humane approach. I have compiled a program specifically for my goals and current condition, always explains the technique, monitors every repetition, motivates, but without excesses and shouting. It's a pleasure to study with him! If you are looking for a club where there will be results, a pleasant atmosphere, and really cool coaches, I highly recommend Restart personally. A good gym, just enough battered equipment, dirty mats that need to be changed, old tattered dumbbells, elastic bands for exercises, it's time to change, have already lost their essence. I would also like to mention the work of coaches Kristina and Oleg, the guys are just great and give themselves 100% to the group every time.
