In addition to the delay in delivery, there were problems with the payment of the order. Although the pre-order indicated payment by bank card, the courier arrived without a mobile terminal, which forced me to look for cash. This situation creates inconvenience and raises doubts about the reliability of the service. To summarize, I consider it necessary to note the unsatisfactory quality of service. Despite the taste of the dishes themselves, the organization of the delivery process leaves much to be desired. I hope the management will take measures to improve the level of services provided and avoid similar situations in the future.

We also took a set lunch of the day. It's much better here. The first one is just a test, the mashed potatoes are three times perfect, but the cutlet is what didn't go into the burger. Overall, it's not bad. So the impressions are twofold. Something good, something not impressed.
